Prize Draw Terms:

1. 18+ GambleAware.org.
2. This offer is available to funded and non-excluded players.
3. Eligible players can qualify for the draw between 00:00 and 23:59 UK time from 28/10/24 - 01/12/24. The draw will then take place on Monday 2nd December 2024.
4. To opt-in to the draw, first you must click the 'Deposit' button, then make your deposit (min £10) with code: DRAW and wager £5 on any game across the site.
5. Each cumulative £5 real money wagered=1 entry. No limit on entries.
6. Prize: smartphone worth £799.
7. Winner drawn at random with the use of a third-party generator. Player will be contacted within 7 working days from the day they won.
8. Player will be contacted via email to be notified of their win, at this point being offered the prize or a cash alternative for the same value. The winner will need to confirm their postal address in order to receive the prize.
9. If the player chooses to receive the physical prize, we will request the player confirms their postal address and process the prize upon the player’s response.
10. There is no limit on how many entries a player can have.
11. To comply with applicable laws, and so that this website and promotion remains safe and secure, we may request proof of eligibility and identity.
12. This must be provided upon request. Should you not provide this or if we are not fully satisfied that what has been provided meets the requirements, we may withhold and/or retain any and all amounts and prizes until such time as this has been fulfilled.
13. In the event that a winners’ account has been closed (by the entrant or the company) prior to the award of the prize, reasonable efforts will be made to contact the prize winner via email or other method.
14. Those failing to respond to such notification within 14 days may forfeit the prize. In this case the Promotor reserves the right to award the prize to an alternate entrant.
15. In the event that a winner’s account is deemed to be ineligible (for example found to be underage, or invalid id or verification), the Promoter reserves the right to withhold payment of the prize and if necessary, award the prize to an alternate entrant.
16. These Terms & Conditions are additional to the standard Terms & Conditions for the participating website, and by participating in Promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by both of these Terms and Conditions.
17. This offer cannot be claimed in conjunction with another promotion.
18. If you do not log in to your account for a period of 5 days, any bonuses (including all vouchers, free spins, games bonus funds, chat points, loyalty points, shop coins) and any related winnings where the wagering requirements have not been fulfilled, shall be forfeited by you without further notice and are not refundable.
